Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages depending on stock and fulfillment; you may receive separate tracking updates.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags and inserts, and show no signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for inspection and approval after we receive the item, plus an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
